Booking your place
Spaces on each course will be run on a first come first served basis. We recommend that you respond as soon as possible to ensure you get a slot. We have a strict coach to rower ration to ensure that everyone gets full attention. You will need to confirm your attendance prior to the session by completing and returning the course form to be downloaded from the website. Payment must be received prior to session.
We strongly recommend that you arrive early for your sessions so that you get the most out of your bootcamp.
It is recommended that you do not bring any valuable items e.g. phones with you in the boat in case they get wet. The right clothing for rowing is soft, stretchy, breathable, and fairly close-fitting. Avoid baggy clothing that can get caught in the slides (the track that your seat rolls on). Layering is important so as not to get too hot or too cold. We recommend you bring a set of dry clothes to change into, sun cream and a water bottle.

Joining British Rowing
If you are not already member of a rowing club we
recommend that you join British Rowing with a basic none-racing
membership. This costs £26 per year which includes comprehensive
insurance.
